About ICVolunteers

ICVolunteers has special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council - ECOSOC. 

The NGO is associated with the United Nations Department of Public Information - UNDPI, has operational relations with several UN agencies and programmes, including UNESCO, the International Telecommunications Union - ITU, the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction - UNISDR, the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs - OCHA, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development - UNCTAD, the United Nations Volunteers Programme - UNV, the World Health Organization - WHO and United Nations Global Alliance for ICT and Development - GAID.
